職務
Your main missions will be :
- Build best-in class and durable digital omnichannel solutions by working in harmony with the business strategy and the users needs.
- Collaborate with digital Product Owners who contribute to the creation of new digital journeys, as well as to the continuous improvement of existing ones.
- Practice Design Thinking / collaborative design methodologies & agile methods.
- UX Research through interviews, studies, tests, to spot pain points and develop a deep understanding of our users.
- UX Analytics, deep dive on user behaviors and use data on your evolution proposal to improve journey (AB Test, data analysis, journey analysis).
- Design user-centered journeys: navigation design, information architecture, interactions with design system components.
- Contribute to the identification and enrichment of existing journeys, features and content.
- Collaborate with our UI designer to contribute on evolutions of our design system & mockup finalization
- Contribute to the life of the UX team, in particular by sharing best practices and UX monitoring.
プロフィール
- We are looking for dynamic candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience as UX Designer / Product designer with E-Commerce background.
- Expert in ergonomy, ux research methodology, design system & agile methodology.
- Expertise in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe.
- Knowledge in Research & test tool : Usertesting and Analytics tool: Contentsquare, Google Analytics
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Fluent in English.
- International experience is appreciated.
