Mission

Your main missions will be : 

  • Build best-in class and durable digital omnichannel solutions by working in harmony with the business strategy and the users needs.
  • Collaborate with digital Product Owners who contribute to the creation of new digital journeys, as well as to the continuous improvement of existing ones.
  • Practice Design Thinking / collaborative design methodologies & agile methods.
  • UX Research through interviews, studies, tests, to spot pain points and develop a deep understanding of our users.
  • UX Analytics, deep dive on user behaviors and use data on your evolution proposal to improve journey (AB Test, data analysis, journey analysis).
  • Design user-centered journeys: navigation design, information architecture, interactions with design system components.
  • Contribute to the identification and enrichment of existing journeys, features and content.
  • Collaborate with our UI designer to contribute on evolutions of our design system & mockup finalization
  • Contribute to the life of the UX team, in particular by sharing best practices and UX monitoring.

Profil

  • We are looking for dynamic candidates with a minimum of  5 years of experience as UX Designer / Product designer with E-Commerce background.
  • Expert in ergonomy, ux research methodology, design system & agile methodology.
  • Expertise in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe.
  • Knowledge in Research & test tool : Usertesting  and Analytics tool: Contentsquare, Google Analytics
  • Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English.
  • International experience is appreciated.
