About the role

- Steer, manage & deploy the global wholesale digital platform “aka B2B/ Salesforce” (catalogue, order taking, replenishment) – a key & high‑visibility project- Lead the B2B Project Team with a strong drive on:

  • Transversal functional stakeholders' collaboration
  • Change management with excellent communication skill
  • Train the trainers
- Harmonize global wholesale order model – the strategic channel to drive business and operating results.


Mission: 

1 – Lead global wholesale B2B digital platforms

i – Project management - B2B digital platform

  • Improve clients’ or users experience of order taking, replenishment, wholesale management
  • Structure and drive the project roadmap by analyzing competition and existing processes and gathering client feedback.
  • Propose enhancements and continuous improvements aligning market requirements and client types (Key Accounts, Specialty Accounts…).  

 

ii – Deployment of new regions and client scopes

  • Lead platform deployment in new markets (e.g., USA) and maximizes adoption.
  • Assess market and client specifics to integrate them into solution design.

iii – Project governance and reporting

  • Lead monthly project committees and provides regular reporting (progress, next steps, alerts) and budget follow‑up.

 

2 – Order season management (RUN)

  • Ensure preparation and execution of each season.
  • Preparation: planning and supervising launch with transversal functional departments
  • Ensuring timely availability of tools and content aligning with buying gate dates Launch & operational run: leading seasonal milestones and ensuring market execution.
  • Feedback: ensuring high client satisfaction.

 

3 – Harmonize global wholesale order model Improve methodology on wholesale buying and replenishment with regional teams

  • Lead the creation of seasonal wholesale toolkit with cross functional stakeholders in 360 approach
  • Enforce global segmentation framework and work closely with Product and Buying to offer dedicated assortments accordingly
  • Contribute to other wholesale related projects

 

Profile

Profile: 
  • +10 years of wholesale experience in premium fashion brands
  •  Experience on wholesale order platform management or digital platform is a must
  •  Excellent communication for change management to users and partnership with different stakeholders (customer, business, IT, products)
  •  Good analytical and synthesis skills Strong interest in tech + knowledge of Salesforce
  •  English required
