​Role Overview:  As a Financial Specialist, you will be a vital contributor to our continued success and advancement. Your expertise and passion will play a key role in shaping the future of our Finance Department and driving it to new heights.

What will you do?

Accounting:

• Processing and posting supplier invoices through Ariba and SAP.
• Monitoring invoice approval workflows and following up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely validation.
• Supporting supplier account reconciliations and resolution of basic invoice discrepancies.
• Assisting in monthly closing activities (accruals, invoice cut-off checks, supporting documentation).
• Maintaining accounting records and ensuring proper filing of supporting documents.
• Supporting bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assisting with audit requests by gathering accounting documentation.
• Monitoring shared accounting mailboxes and responding to routine supplier queries.
• Ensuring compliance with internal accounting procedures and company policies.

  Controlling

•  Follow-up of the company corporate expenses:
• By subchannels (Admin, Marketing & Communication, Logistics) & cost type
• Vs. Last year and Budget
• Reporting of reports on some specific expenses
• Travel & missions
• Logistics
• Potential support on business controlling (Wholesale, Retail)
