At Lacoste, we are currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to manage and coordinate import and export operations across the Andina distributor network. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence in shipment execution, maintaining alignment with commercial and financial plans, and providing visibility to key stakeholders to support business performance and service levels across the region. What You’ll Do The Customer Service Coordinator will coordinate and oversee distributor shipment operations, ensuring compliance with shipment and billing plans, on-time delivery performance, and seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners. This role acts as a key operational liaison between Distributors, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial teams, and Platforms, ensuring smooth execution of all import/export activities and continuous improvement of operational processes.
