You will be responsible to lead and implement the Quality, Compliance and CSR standard in the Lacoste value chains, from the garment makers, dyeing mills, knitters and spinners.
More precisely, you will manage:
• Organize factory audits, on Technical, social and Environmental topics, using third parties. Follow the Corrective Action Plan released from such audits to catch the Lacoste compliance level.
• Implement and maintain the Facilities Certified Auditors (FCA) based in the factory working Lacoste product.
• Manage 2 outsourced QC following quality control in lines
• Check the inspection reports from the FCA, to assure production conformity.
• Organize the fabric/garment picking for laboratory testing plan.
• Check the laboratory test report to assure compliance of product (technical & chemical performance& cotton origin)
• Monitor the FCA performances, through correlation inspection rates.
• Implement Durable Elegance strategy across our textile supply chain (T4 to T1): CO2, ZDHC, Water, Waste, SBTi, no-coal
• Ensure data collection on traceability (product & supply chain) & environment performance of factories
• Request supplier CSR certification external standards supporting our ambitions (GOTS, OCS, GRS, ZDHC, etc.)
Your main KPIs would be:
• Products non-conformity rate
• Audit coverage & compliance rate
• Reduction of CO2 emissions
• Adoption rate of programs (e.g. Higg FEM, ZDHC, etc.)

Hard skills:
Must have:
- Engineering master’s degree
- 2 years experience in Sustainability and/or Quality
- Knowledge on Social & environmental risks in textile industry
- Fluent in English & French
Nice to have:
- Technical Textile background: technical knowledge on processes & fabrics

Must have:
- Tenacity: never give up! Quality continuous improvement as well as ecological & social transition is a long journey
- Team spirit: you will work with many stakeholders in a transversal way, so you will need to use your soft power to gather everyone and reach your goals
