- Lead by example delivering top class service and understanding customer needs.

- Understand the customer's needs and deliver top class customer service

- Create customer loyalty and stay connected 

- Support and respect your fellow crocodiles 

- Embrace high standards of visual excellence

- Be a brand ambassador every day and guarantor of the brand image

A successful candidate will have: 


-Experience within the Fashion/Luxury sector

- Focused on products, sales and premium customer service 

- Dynamic approach, like to work in a team

- Performance and results-oriented

- Committed to apply LACOSTE’S values (Play by Daring, Play with Elegance, Play as one Team, Play with Tenacity)

- Honest with a can-do attitude 

- Patience, with the desire to help others

- Knowledge of one or more foreign language(s) is a plus for this position
