Role Overview
Part of the Brand Elevation team within the Image, Identity & Collaborations department, and reporting to the Brand Elevation Director, the Brand Elevation Manager plays a key role in delivering strategic brand initiatives and best-in-class executions. Working across Creative, Marketing, Product and Communications, the role helps shape the brand's narratives, elevate its desirability and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy
- Partner with creative and copywriting teams to develop seasonal narratives, campaign concepts and brand storytelling.
- Turn category business briefs and objectives into clear brand and creative briefs for internal creative teams and external agency partners.
- Ensure consistency of brand positioning, messaging and creative expression across all initiatives.
Project Management
- Lead cross-functional brand projects from brief to delivery.
- Manage stakeholders, timelines, budgets and deliverables.
- Drive alignment across teams while anticipating risks and ensuring high-quality execution.
Production
- Understand production workflows and constraints to effectively partner with production teams and ensure the timely delivery of campaign assets.
- Ensure assets meet creative and operational requirements for all channels and markets.
Cultural Intelligence
- Stay ahead of cultural shifts, consumer behaviours and emerging creative trends.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of today's media ecosystem, including paid, owned, earned and social channels and how creative ideas translate across each touchpoint.
- Be highly social media savvy, with a sharp eye for evolving platforms, formats, creators and digital conversations to help keep the brand culturally relevant
