Join the Lacoste Team as our North Visual Merchandiser – Boutiques & Outlets
Reporting to: VM Manager, UK & Ireland
Hybrid working: London office/ Store Visit/ WFH

Your responsibilities:
- VM Operations – Support the VM Manager with ordering window schemes, props, signage and store-opening needs. Maintain store VM databases, manage seasonal production, deliver regular training, cascade VM updates, plan visit schedules, ensure Yoobic compliance, and support stores with commercial actions.
- Seasonal Direction & Compliance – Ensure all POS meets Global VM guidelines. Create clear customer journeys and partner with Retail teams on money mapping, local needs and commercial priorities.
- Retail & Wholesale – Deliver VM standards across both channels, focusing on key cities. Visit wholesale accounts, support pop-ups and projects, maintain flagship stores, and guide in-store teams on installation execution.
- Store Openings & Refits – Support refits, pop-ups and new store openings. Manage production, delivery, communication and training while collaborating with internal teams and suppliers.
- Store Visits & Administration – Admin and Yoobic compliance + stores visits across Retail & Wholesale. Night shifts and weekends as needed.

- Strong communicator: Confident, collaborative and solutions-focused.
- Detail-driven & organised: Excellent attention to detail with strong time-management skills.
