Mission
Missions :
DRIVE SELL-IN
· Assist & drive the buy in the showroom with clients every season.
· Assist clients with our B2B order platform.
· Create order recaps through master file per client.
· Liaise with customer service for reorders.
DRIVE SELL-OUT
· Help organize instore animations & staff incentives.
· Contribute to the weekly meeting with the customer service for delivery follow-up and target achievement.
· Coordinate tactical marketing projects and animation in stores.
· Attend business reviews with operators and report on the minutes of meeting.
REPORTING & STOCK MANAGEMENT
· Contribute to the Monthly sell-out reports and KPIs and build Sell-in reports with the MBP team.
· Organize with the customer service clients’ stock returns.
· Create with the support of MBP replenishment and new POS assortments.
· Assist clients needs with IT Tools.
· Submit invoices on our internal platform.
VISUAL MERCHANDISING
· Increase instore visibility.
· Support VM subject for operators (POS needs: inventory, seasonal toolbox, PLV, visuals)
· Visit our POS in Paris (maybe other key cities): update VM, training, reporting.
· Provide VM recommendation following our guidelines to the partners.
FAIRS
· Contribute with the team, to the Yearly TFWA (Global Travel Retail Summit in Cannes every year)
· Help in managing the relationship with the agencies organizing the event.
Profil
- Currently enrolled in business school
- English required
- Experience in wholesale fashion is a plus
