Missão
Within the Lacoste Global Data & Client Department, the Global Client Strategy Team ensures on a worldwide level the Client Strategy & the Coordination with markets.
Reporting directly to the Global Data & Client Director, we are hiring a Global Client Strategy Senior Lead, for whom principal missions are:
Overall mission:
As the Global Client Strategy Senior Lead, your job is to shape Lacoste’s overall Strategy of our loyal members. Conducting market and competition research, analyse client data performance and feedback in order to take business decisions & develop strategic plans.
Missions in detail:
- Client Business monitoring (Overall Client performance monitoring - Performance monitoring of our key KPIs - Accompany the Client Strategy Managers in the analyse & recommendation for future action plan set-up, in collaboration with Data & Campaign Management Teams - Accompany the Client Strategy Managers in the set-up of the different recruitment & loyalty actions with the markets)
- Strategic planning (Market, trend & client insights research - Strategic planning & recommendation of CRM & Loyalty positioning versus competition - Data analyse & monitoring through our Dashboards & Customer Voice platform - Crafting of Client strategies on various topics such as CRM, loyalty, personalization, omnichannel, digital instore, wholesale, etc in order to achieve business goals - Elaborating 360° recommandations to enhance client experience at Lacoste, in collaboration with all touchpoint teams (media, digital flagship, retail, etc)
- Community / Lacoste Members program (Analyse of our Loyalty program results - Crafting of business models, and follow up on existing business models - Continuous improvement of the promise & the benefits)
- Market coordination (Client Community) (Coordination of around 25 markets worldwide - Animation of this Client Community through weekly & monthly catch ups, Business Reviews & Client Days - Sharing of best practices)
- Management of 2 Client Strategy Managers.
Perfil
- Minimum of 7 year’s experience, in a retail environment with a mandatory expertise in Client Marketing, CRM and/or Loyalty.
- Client-centric.
- Strong leadership skills to help peers and supervisors reach a common goal that supports Lacoste’s overall objectives.
- Data-driven and analytical skills (ability to build & follow up of business plans is mandatory).
- Problem-solving aptitude, excellent communication & persuasion skills, at ease at public speaking.
- Fluent in English
