Missão

1.  Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Supplier Performance Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the Head of Sourcing Performance. This key role collaborates closely with the two Category Directors and our production platforms and is responsible for leading strategic supplier-related projects and initiatives on a global scale.

The ideal candidate will be tasked with analyzing and providing actionable insights into the entire supplier base, from raw materials to finished products. They will take full ownership and coordinate Supplier Management tools, including Scorecards, Supplier Conferences, Business Plans, and Standard Operating Procedures.

A critical aspect of this role involves automating and enhancing the current supplier performance evaluation tool, the Scorecard, ensuring alignment with Lacoste’s business objectives and sustainability goals.

Serving as a vital liaison between Lacoste’s internal teams and external suppliers, the Supplier Performance Manager plays a key role in strengthening supplier relationships and ensuring operational excellence.

This position is also central to the success of the Durable Elegance Project, an initiative aimed at transforming and elevating Lacoste's supply chain to new levels of efficiency and sustainability.

2.   Main activities:

 

Suppliers Performance and continuous improvement:

·       Responsible for the Supplier performance Scorecard to be delivered on-time (from Tiers 1 to Tiers 5 Suppliers)

·       Secure corrective Action Plans implementation with the support of regional & central operational teams

·       Gather on time product and operation teams KPIs & feedbacks on suppliers

·       Engage top management on the results of the Scorecards, and Action Plan follow up.

·       Lead discussions with I.T. Teams and consultants to lay out better the current scorecard processes and digitalise the current tool

·       Partnership with CSR teams to select and engage our best suppliers to be part of our Livelihood program (communities pilar of Durable Elegance)

 

Suppliers Relationship :

·       Enhance Suppliers’ relationship management via the organisation of events such as the Supplier Conference and Suppliers satisfaction surveys

·       Coordinate with all involved operational teams to deliver on time the Standard Operating Procedure of Lacoste to our Suppliers

 

Suppliers Strategy :

·       Build long term partnerships with Strategic Suppliers through shared business plans

Other duties:

The Project Manager may also be required to perform some ad-hoc tasks:

·       Definition and implementation of sourcing processes

·       Contracts and legal documentation management

Perfil

Internal/external background:

·       5+ years of experience in project management

·       Bachelor or master’s in business fields

·       Knowledge of the fashion industry is a plus

·       Fluency in French is a strong advantage
