Essential Job Responsibilities:
Customer service and sales Desire to achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPI’s as determined by the Store Manager.
- Passion to connect with customers and drive sales. Provide excellent customer service as per Company standards.

- Be perceptive to customer’s wants and needs and utilize product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop a strong knowledge of Lacoste product, including sizing, content, and features. Communicate this knowledge to customers in a clear and concise way to build sales.
Operations:
• Familiarize yourself with stock levels and utilize systems for inventory management.
• Support visual directives to maintain the store's aesthetic standards.
• Foster future sales opportunities through proactive customer engagement and follow-up.
• Demonstrate proficiency in store computer systems and procedures
