Mission description:

Collection development :

• Participate in sketch deliveries with product teams & factories
• Participate in the construction of collection documents (bill of materials)
• Follow samples reception & exchange between teams
• Update product data & information in systems at all stage of the development (trims, fabrics, packaging)
• Organize & plan factory visits logistic, accompany & guide merchandising teams
• Guarantee SMS on time deliveries
• Participate to product fittings with Design & Product teams
• Propose product and/or process improvement to achieve better efficiencies/quality/price

Production :

• Update technical pack industrially to allow production launch
• Secure style duplication from other platform to enable nearshoring strategy
• Review trims & fabrics with quality team
• Negotiate final prices with suppliers to secure finance targets objectives
• Insure on time OK Production according to BU Planning schedule

Profile & Skillset:

• +5 years’ experience in textile & apparel sourcing or development
• Fluency in English required
• Ability to work on Excel, PowerPoint & other internal systems
• Detailed oriented
• Problem solving & results oriented
• Financial acumen & Analytical skills
• Negotiation skills
• Ability to collaborate with functional stakeholders
