Missão
As a Supply Chain planning apprentice, you will be responsible for analyzing supply chain data, optimizing processes, and supporting cross-functional projects to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in our supply chain. You will collaborate primarily with internal teams such as sourcing, logistics, production, and merchandising to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvements.
You will be reporting to the planning transformation manager, and work also directly on projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction and operational improvement.
- Project Management: Support and lead supply chain projects, including process automation, inventory optimization, and planning initiatives.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in supply chain operations and suggest improvements for efficiency, speed, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with sourcing, production, logistics, and planning teams to enhance supply chain performance.
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs (e.g., lead times, on-time delivery, inventory turnover) and provide actionable insights.
- Technology & Tools: Leverage ERP, Supply Chain Management (SCM) software, and data analytics tools to drive improvements.
- Risk Management: Identify supply chain risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
Perfil
Education:
- Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in business school, university, or engineering school with a specialization in analytics, supply chain, or management.
Skills:
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik..)
- Ability to synthesize and present complex information
- Curiosity, rigor, and analytical mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- A first experience in data anlysis or supply chain would be a plus.
