Role Overview:  

The purpose of this role is to support the efficient organization, tracking, and management of fabric samples, trims, and color standards received throughout the different stages of each season, ensuring materials are properly maintained and readily available to support product development activities.

Main activities: 

• Inventory, weeding out, classification, and filing of fabric hangers.
• Updating and completing the fabric database in Excel.
• Organize physical samples in the library or showroom.
• Classification, organization, and weeding out of color standards.
• Classification, organization, and weeding out of trims.
• Prepare basic inventory reports.
• Assisting the Product team with garment inventory.
• Assisting with the preparation samples for DHL shipment.

Professional background: 

• Technical or university studies are preferred in: Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain, Business Administration, Fashion Design or Textile Technology.
