CONTEXT:

The IT Business Analyst (SAP/ERP) will work on the implementation of our core enterprise systems, playing a critical leadership role in driving our transition from legacy ERP system to SAP S/4 HANA and related Product and Planning Systems.

This position reports to the IT Director, overseeing APAC Markets.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment for the SAP migration project and related scope.

·         Engage with key stakeholders to align project requirements, describe business processes, and deliver functional and technical specifications.

·         Conduct and secure validation for system integration tests (SIT) and User Acceptance Tests (UAT).

·         Support data migration related tasks and ensure data integrity across platforms.

·         Support change management and key user involvement before, during, and after deployment, providing comprehensive training materials and active stakeholder engagement.

·         Partner closely with internal teams (including HQ in Europe) and external service providers to ensure seamless solution delivery.

·         Act as a key enabler for end-user support, managing complex incidents and ensuring effective cross-functional application maintenance.

·         Crosstrain with internal team members (such as transitioning legacy ERP experts) to build long-term internal SAP competencies.

·         Own change delivery in APAC markets in compliance with global corporate directions and IT standards.

·         Maintain diligent knowledge management by writing and updating functional and technical documentation. 

SKILLS

·         Minimum of 10 years of relevant IT work experience, with a strong background in fashion and/or retail.

·         Strong communication and soft skills, with a proven ability to translate complex business needs, synthesize project progress/blockers, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders

·         Proven hands-on expertise in SAP implementation (specifically MM, SD, FI modules for SAP S/4 HANA) within a multi-site enterprise environment.

·         Fluent in English; experience working with European, Japanese, or Korean corporate cultures is a distinct advantage.

·         Customer- and value-oriented, highly rigorous, autonomous, and equipped with a strong team spirit.

·         Familiarity with legacy ERP systems (ORLI), Centric PLM and Anaplan will be valuable but not mandatory.
