Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing store sales activities;
• Lead the team to achieve the sales target;
• Provides excellent customer service and store management;  　
• Conduct market research and work with management team for sales strategy and work plan;
• Maintain a pleasant shopping environment consistent with our brand image

Main skills, competencies and knowledge required:

• 10 years of relevant experience from fashion retail with at least 5 years as senior / supervisor level;
• Good communication skills and leadership;
• Highly initiative with self-discipline;
• Flexible with good problem solving skills;
• Good spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
