Mission

Missions : 

Business reviews support:         

·        Data analysis through Excel

·        Helping structuring the PowerPoint presentations for business reviews with partners, or internal presentations for monthly meetings

Retail network performances:          

·        Sell-out analysis of franchise stores / partners stores via internal applications (QlikSense) or via partners’ local reporting

·        Follow-up on key performance indicators (traffic, conversion rate, UPT, ATV…)

·        Product analysis to identify the strongest/weakest product categories

·        Help define the replenishment opportunities alongside the partners

 Market studies: 

·  Markets mapping of Lacoste’s retail, wholesale, outlets, e-com existing distribution

·        Benchmark of the competition’s retail development and current presence across EMEA region

·        Market analysis (demography, economics)

 People cross management:

·        Empower local teams to become strong brand ambassadors,

·        Develop the ability of our Partners teams to drive growth.

·        Build a strong partnership with Lacoste HQ support functions (Retail, IKA, Architecture & Design, Visual Merch, legal and supply)

·        Feel free to bring new ideas
