Summary: As a Sales Associate at Lacoste, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about retail, enjoy interacting with people, and are keen to develop their sales and customer service skills.

Position Overview: This role is based out of a Macy’s shop, providing an exceptional in-store experience for customers while representing our brand within the Macy’s environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide assistance in selecting products.
Sales: Drive sales through excellent product knowledge and customer engagement.
Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and tidy. Ensure products are displayed attractively.
Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and ensure a balanced cash drawer.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about new products and promotions, and communicate this information to customers effectively.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and provide a high standard of customer service.
Feedback and Improvement: Actively seek feedback from supervisors to improve sales performance.

Profil

Requirements/Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills: Ability to engage with diverse customers in a Macy’s shop environment and build positive relationships.
Enthusiastic and customer-oriented approach: A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: Comfortable managing multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail in a busy retail setting.
Willingness to learn and grow in a retail setting: Open to ongoing training and development opportunities within the Macy’s shop.
High school diploma or equivalent: Educational foundation to support retail operations and customer service excellence.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays: Adaptable to Macy’s store hours and peak shopping periods.
