Mission

Project management :
  • Define a brief with the detailed expression of needs in coordination with internal touchpoint teams
    Creating detailed plan of digital activation across all the digital flagship placements.
  • Asset development (design & integration): brief, follow-up & coordination with Content & Tone of Voice & Digital Branding Teams
  • Project follow-up in coordination with internal teams involved (Category Management, Digital Studio, IT teams, E-merch)
  • Analysis of the activations
  • Contribution testing & follow-up

Market coordination :

  • Work on guidelines & toolkits for markets to implement, hand in hand with E-merch and Catalogue Team
  • Coordinate & animate markets & ensure perfect execution of strategies & assets on the websites worldwide while respecting local culture & business needs
    Sending weekly follow-ups to markets & preparing monthly updates
    Preparing Digital Tours: analysis of Digital Flagship worldwide

Benchmarking :

  • Conduct creative & technological digital market and competition research

This apprenticeship is to be filled for September 2025.

Profil

  • Passionate & curious, in constant listening of digital & distribution / consumer / communications transformations
  • Structured & problem-solving aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very high attention to detail
    Thinking out of the box & autonomous 
  • Strong in PPT presentations & Excel
  • Dynamic & creative
  • Fluent in English & French
  • Knowledge of Notion & Google Analytics is a plus
    Preferred school rhythm: full week in school/full week at work
