Mission

The Marketing Manager for South America will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and trade strategies across the region to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance. The role will cover all markets within South America where the company operates, ensuring a consistent brand image while adapting to local market needs. This includes the management of retail marketing, wholesale activation, trade marketing, media planning, PR communication, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Lead local marketing team and coordinate with external agencies and suppliers. 

Lead the development and execution of regional marketing and trade plans aligned with global brand strategy.

Adapt global marketing guidelines to local market realities, ensuring relevance and impact.

Manage media planning, digital marketing, social media, and PR initiatives in coordination with local agencies and HQ teams.

Plan and execute trade marketing strategies, including in-store activations, promotional campaigns, and point-of-sale materials.

Collaborate closely with Retail, commercial teams, wholesale accounts, Visual Merchandising, and E-commerce teams to support commercial goals.

Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Profil

Requirements & Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. 

Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing/trade roles, preferably in fashion, retail, or FMCG sectors.

Experience in a multinational environment and managing multi-country operations is highly valued. 

Strong understanding of the South American market, particularly Argentina, Chile, Perú, and Colombia.

Excellent project management and communication skills. Analytical mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving.

Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus). 

Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
