Your responsibilities:
- Lead & Inspire the Team: Drive performance on the shop floor by motivating and supporting Sales Consultants to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve store targets, while leading by example through a positive and energetic approach.
- Commercial Performance: Support the Store Manager in delivering key business objectives, monitoring KPIs, identifying opportunities, and taking action to maximise sales and profitability.
- Coaching & Development: Develop team capability through regular feedback, training, and in-the-moment coaching, creating a culture of continuous improvement and success.
- Drive CRM & Clienteling: Support the team in building long-term customer relationships through CRM capture, clienteling activities and personalised follow-up, contributing to customer loyalty and store targets.
- Customer Experience Excellence: Ensure every customer receives a premium and personalised shopping experience that reflects Lacoste’s values, heritage, and commitment to service excellence.
- Store Standards & Operations: Maintain outstanding visual merchandising and presentation standards while overseeing daily operational activities including stock management, cash handling, and compliance procedures.
- Team Culture & Problem Solving: Act as a key point of contact for customer queries and support the creation of a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing environment aligned with Lacoste’s values.

Your profile:

- Retail Leadership Experience: Previous supervisory or management experience within a retail environment, ideally in Fashion, Premium, or Luxury retail.
- Customer-Focused: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong customer relationships that drive loyalty and sales.
- Inspiring Leader & Coach: Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate, develop, and engage a team to achieve ambitious goals.
- Commercially Aware: Results-driven with a strong understanding of KPIs, sales performance, and opportunities to improve store productivity.
- Excellent Communicator: Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Organised & Proactive: Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
