Reporting to: Wholesale Director, UK & Ireland
Hybrid working: London office / home (3:2)

Your responsibilities:
- Sales & Performance Monitoring: Work with the Wholesale Director to track sales performance and key financial metrics. Communicate regularly with HQ teams to keep everyone informed on business performance.
- Product Strategy & Alignment: Collaborate with the product teams to ensure the right product selection for key accounts. Help implement and manage strategies to drive business growth across different categories.
- Brand Growth & Business Development: Focus on growing the brand and maintaining strong relationships with partners. Ensure business practices align with company values while striving for improved profitability and brand desirability.
- Commercial & Operational Management: Negotiate with key partners and support in managing the day-to-day operations. Drive performance through strategic planning and efficient management of business activities.
- Sales Performance & Reporting: Regularly track and report on sales and business performance. Maintain ongoing communication to assess opportunities for improvement and implement action plans.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions. Address challenges with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Marketing & Campaign Support: Work with marketing teams to help shape promotional activities. Support in managing budgets and ensuring campaigns are executed effectively.

- Product & Merchandising Expertise: You have solid experience in product merchandising, assortment planning, and range segmentation, with the ability to manage marketplace distribution effectively.
- Strategic Thinker: You excel in understanding and executing business strategies, with a strong ability to control and plan for growth.
- In-depth Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of the UK premium casualwear market is essential, with a strong awareness of the latest trends and customer preferences.
- Leadership, Team Management & Experience: You’re a natural leader with experience in managing teams and driving performance, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. You have experience in wholesale key account or channel management, with a strong preference for experience working with JD.
