In your role you will assist the Senior merchandiser & the Collection Director in the merchandising initiatives, and support market/region
growth thanks to performance analysis and global strategy implementation
(product & image).
Reporting to the Collection director (sport), your role will be to develop your category through strategical GTM tools & initiatives.
1) Performance analysis & financial framing of the global offer:
- For your category, you’ll have a crucial position in the definition of the collection framing, performance/data consolidation & reporting
- Participate to performance analysis of the collection (sell-in, sell-out, colors, prices, tiering, etc.)
- Define, animate & follow performance KPIs vs. Growth targets
- Define SKUs plan & support the definition of the collections in collaboration with the product managers
- Consolidate & update forecast & RID in collaboration with supply & finance
2) Be the ambassador of the global product strategy towards markets and the voice of the markets towards global:
- You are the gate keeper of the strategy communication & implementation within markets and help define local product assortment
- Merchandising strategy & guidelines
- Consolidate markets feedbacks & needs based on hindsights data
- Ensure the communication of markets needs & priorities towards the Xfunctional team
- Define assortment guidelines (size, category…) for each regions following consumer specificities & budget constrains
- Supervise & collaborate with the sales team to tackle specific channel needs / collection tiering
3) Go to market :
- Ensure the understanding of the global product strategy and support its implementation through efficient sell in tools
- Plan, animate & ensure regions overlap from a products POV & from a GTM tools POV
- Consolidate markets feedback to influence future collection
- Build, in collaboration with product managers, all the collection presentation tools (collection boards, PPT for key milestones)
Perfil
- In Alternance, MBA / BBA (école de mode, école de commerce, école d’ingénieur, Université…)
- You are reliable, curious, organised & a real team player tonome et organisé(e) et démontrez de réelles capacités d’adaptation
- You adapt easily to new environments & embrace change
- Apparel / product sensitivity & sports in general
- You speak english & a little bit (or a lot) of french (any other language is a plus)
- Pack office advanced
