About the role

Support the analysis of customer claim returns by performing structured product inspections. 

  Classify defects consistently using established defect taxonomy and severity criteria.

  Ensure accurate documentation and reporting to build reliable data for decision-making.

  Provide visibility on recurring issues to support quality improvement loops. 

Profile

Currently enrolled in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Quality, Logistics, or similar (internship).

Skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard work instructions.  Basic knowledge of inspection concepts and defect identification (training provided).  Basic Excel skills (filters, pivot basics preferred) and ability to work with trackers
