About the role
Your main responsibilities include:
1- Collection Performance Analysis:
- Contribute to the analysis of collection purchases (Sell-In) and sales (Sell-Out) across product lines, markets, and channels.
- Support the development and improvement of tools to monitor collection performance.
- Track the evolution of the product mix (type, price, volume) and monitor key KPIs.
- Help identify trends, business opportunities, and areas of improvement.
2- Support for Process Optimization:
- Assist in formalizing and analyzing organizational structures and collection development processes.
- Contribute to the construction and maintenance of the seasonal collection calendar.
- Help manage invitations and scheduling for key product development milestones.
3- Assortment Planning Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate key preparation steps: sending invitations, building and communicating the cross-category planning schedule, booking rooms, following up on availabilities.
- Provide operational and logistical support during assortment sessions: updating documents, preparing materials, coordinating internal stakeholders.
4- Key Looks Coordination & Data Management:
- Assist in managing the handover of Key Look references across teams.
- Help structure and maintain a centralized Excel data file to track Key Look references.
- Ensure regular updates and accuracy of information to facilitate smooth cross-functional collaboration.
Profile
Skills:
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university with a focus on marketing, strategy, data, or supply chain (Bac+4/5).
- Strong interest in the fashion and apparel industry, and in product performance topics.
- Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
- Analytical mindset, rigorous, well-organized, and proactive.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders.
