About the role

Job Responsibilities

  • Liaise with customers, vendors, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth coordination of logistics activities and timely delivery of goods.
  • Monitor shipment progress, track orders, and provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays in the shipping process, coordinating with internal teams and external partners as necessary.
  • Assist in optimizing shipping routes and methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide operational support to the logistics team, including data entry, invoices generation, and administrative tasks.

Profile

Requirements

  • Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics or related industries.
  • At least 5 years working experience in Supply Chain/Logistics or related industries.
  • Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills, with critical thinking and ability to make decisions.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
  • A good team player but can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Good PC knowledge, proficient in MS office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Words, etc.  Advanced level in Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
