Role Overview:
As a CRM Manager, you will be a vital contributor to our continued success and advancement. Your expertise and passion will play a key role in shaping the future of our Marketing Department and driving it to new heights.
What will you do?
CRM Database Management & Customer Insights
Manage and continuously develop the CRM database, analyze and segment customer data (including VIP customers), and define actions to drive customer retention and revenue growth.
CRM Campaign Strategy & Multichannel Execution
Plan, create, and execute targeted CRM campaigns across channels (email, newsletters, etc.), adapting global strategies locally in collaboration with Global HQ.
Omnichannel Communication & Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with E-Commerce, Marketing, Retail, Wholesale, and stores to deliver 360° customer campaigns and ensure consistent, effective customer communication.
Performance Tracking, Reporting & Optimization
Monitor CRM KPIs, track campaign performance, conduct internal and external benchmarking, and drive continuous improvements to maximize CRM effectiveness.
Loyalty Program Management
Lead the implementation and ongoing management of the loyalty program, including coordination with HQ, handling benefits and premium services, managing logistics, and serving as the main point of contact for all stakeholders.
