About the role

This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process (critical path) of seasonal footwear collections, ensuring products move seamlessly from concept through production to delivery.

This role ensures that every team involved in bringing products to life—Design, Development, Product, and Sourcing—works through a cohesive, efficient, and measurable framework.

The E2E Lead will own process design, gate adherence, and continuous improvement, partnering closely with global and market teams to drive operational excellence.

 

 MAIN REPONSIBILITIES

1.       Critical Path Management

·       Own and manage the global footwear critical path, tracking key milestones from development through to delivery.

·       Ensure all stakeholders (design, merchandising, supply planning, logistics, and customer operations) are aligned to timelines and deliverables.

·       Proactively identify risks, delays, or bottlenecks, and escalate or resolve them to keep launches and deliveries on track.

·       Facilitate regular cross-functional critical path meetings, providing updates, actions, and follow-ups.

 

2.       Process Improvement

·       Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the operations team by identifying process inefficiencies and proposing solutions.

·       Support system enhancements and tool development to improve visibility, accuracy, and efficiency of the critical path.

·       Standardize reporting and communication across global teams to improve consistency and transparency.

 

3.       Cross-Functional Collaboration

·       Act as the operational link between design, product merchandising, supply planning, logistics, and customer operations.

·       Support seasonal launches and product drops by ensuring timelines, stock flows, and reporting are aligned.

·       Provide operational data and insights to leadership for decision-making

 

4.       Training & Change Management

·       Develop training materials, playbooks, and onboarding for new processes and tools.

·       Act as a change ambassador, supporting adoption through coaching and communication.

 

 

Profile

·       Experience in operations, supply chain, merchandising operations, or project management, ideally within footwear, apparel, or consumer goods.

·       Proven experience managing critical paths, timelines, or seasonal calendars.

·       Strong reporting skills; advanced Excel/Google Sheets required, Power BI/Tableau a plus.

·       Proficiency with ERP and planning systems.

·       Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

·       Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

·       Proactive problem-solver, with a process-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
