About the role

Reporting to Lacoste Digital Factory, you will evolve in an agility at scale context, within a dynamic team of experts, with ambitious objectives and innovative features to build. You will join the Front-end Experience team, whose objective is to expose our products, guide users in their navigation, promote our brand identity and offer personalized user experience. You will design with your Team & Product Manager a qualitative user experience on the following paths: Homepage, Navigation, Search, PLP, PDP, Product recommendation, Landing Pages, Lookbook, Wishlist...

Your work-study is located in Paris and your missions have an international scope. 

Your missions will be the following:                                                                     

PRODUCT VISION MANAGEMENT:

  • Support Business Owners in defining, clarifying and prioritizing their needs.
  • Define target KPIs with the Product Manager & Data Team, and ensure a monthly monitoring of their success.
  • Work closely with the Product Manager to prioritize features based on business value, effort and criticity.
  • Plan & prepare sprints in line with the priorities of the Quarterly Digital Roadmap
  • Write User Stories in collaboration with the different members of the Feature Team
  • Define acceptance criterias and validate quality of delivery of each user story in compliance with DOR and DOD rules
  • Lead Product Discovery in collaboration with UX Designers & Data Analysts
  • Identify functional improvements in collaboration with the Team, the Product Manager and/or Business Owners in order to provide a high customer experience level on every single touch point: seamless, efficient, frictionless …

 

FEATURE TEAM ANIMATION:

  • Build and prioritize the backlog of the Feature Team
  • Coordinate developers, technical & functional experts and QA
  • Lead agile rituals (Sprint planning, Daily, Refinement, Demo)
  • Qualify and assign necessary functional adjustments and bugs
  • Participate in the construction/planning of projects involving the Feature Team and work on their implementation
  • Identify dependencies with other Feature Teams and teams outside the Agile Train
  • Participate in building a PO community within the company

Profile

  • You have a significant background in e-commerce with a minimum of 3 years experience
  • Master’s degree in a Business or Engineer School
  • Fluent english level is required
  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence & Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a real plus.
  • Already have an experience as a PO, in an agility at scale context
