About the role

The Customer Experience Academy (CXA) Coordinator will report directly to the Head of the Customer Experience Academy, based in Paris, and will be locally supervised by the Lacoste regional headquarters in Hong Kong. His/her mission will be to contribute to the development of global learning programs, support their local deployment across Asia, and facilitate collaboration between the global Customer Experience Academy team and the Asian subsidiaries and partners (communication, best-practice sharing, needs analysis, enhanced coordination, etc.).

1. Contribution to the global development of the CXA

• Design online and offline training content (mobile learning modules, product memos, Morning Brief activities, etc.) on new collections, brand collaborations, and product categories, for Retail teams.
• Share brand updates with Retail teams via our internal mobile learning application.
• Monitor application usage and store staff engagement (database management, learning assignments, completion rates, etc.).

2. Support to local training needs

• Support Asian subsidiaries and partners in using the global training application.
• Assist with the organization and rollout of in-class training across the region.
• Occasionally design and facilitate training sessions, in person or online, for store teams.
• Act as a key point of contact for Southeast Asian markets on all Retail training topics.
• Build strong relationships with local teams and animate the learning community—both in direct markets and distributor markets—to create regional synergies.

3. Ad hoc projects for the APAC region

• Manage the relationship between markets and the customer satisfaction evaluation agency.
• Review market CX assessments and support them in implementing their action plans.
• Develop and oversee the mystery shopping program for Hong Kong.
• Provide support on any other regional or local ad hoc project when needed.


Profile

• Recent graduate with a Master’s degree in Marketing, Learning & Development/Instructional Design, or International Business / International Management

• Previous experience in a fashion house and/or a strong interest in the luxury industry is a real asset.
• First experience in Retail or Marketing is highly appreciated.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Proficiency in Chinese or another Asian language would be highly valued.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage projects.
• Ability to work independently with strong initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong interest in digital learning tools.
• Flexible, adaptable, proactive, and hands-on.
• Curious and motivated by topics related to training and capability development.
