​Role Overview: As a Store Development, you will be a vital contributor to our continued success and advancement. Your expertise and passion will play a key role in shaping the future of our  Marketing Department and driving it to new heights.

What will you do?.

  •  STORE/CORNERS OPENINGS

 Supervise and manage the process of the project between internal parties (Marketing, Retail and Wholesale teams) and the client, through layout definition up to final realization, acting as point of reference internal and external to the company.

- Coordinate development of the project with: 

Global Lacoste architecture studio (Brand guidelines, design, zoning and capacity) 

Our local Architect (who is in charge of technical visits, plano setting and drawing) 

- Review construction drawings to ensure consistence with projects and concept, from preliminary submission up to construction and shop drawings Lacoste Iberica teams (Finance, Retail)

- Be the key internal contact and project leader for every opening, acting as the middleman between external and internal parties. 

 - Organize and lead the contractors and suppliers, prepare reports, cost analysis and coordination of works: -Launching and managing the bidding process and coordination with suppliers 

- Adjudicating markets, liaise with Finance and Accounting departments, follow up of payments and deliveries, Budget control of the full project 

- Quality control and visit of the construction sites with the local architect 

 - Manage and have the support of and assistant Store Development 

  •  STORE MAINTAINANCE
- Manage and supervise an extraordinary maintenance / refit of existing stores. Organize and coordinate the contractors and suppliers, prepare reports, cost analysis and coordination of works. 

- Supervise the team dedicated to Store Maintenance (direct reports)
