CDD - KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER TRAVEL RETAIL EMEA

About the role

Reporting directly to the travel retail director EMEA, your main responsibilities will be :

Ø  Develop the brad in the airports and cruise ships

Ø  Build a strong relationship with all the partners 

MAIN REPONSIBILITIES AND MISSION

DRIVE SELL-IN

· Discuss Sell-in budgets per client and challenge them if necessary.

· Present the Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter collections in our Parisian showroom & create a customized assortment per Point of Sale with the client as per their OTB and feedback.

· Drive the Buy in line with Lacoste guidelines and strategy.

· Create master files per clients

DRIVE SELL-OUT

· Organize instore animations.

· Build with the operators a collaborative incentive program

· Visit POS, train the team, collect feedback, ensure the VM guidelines are respected and put in place an action plan for improvements

· Coordinate weekly with the customer service for delivery follow up and target achievement

IN-STORE MARKETING

· Increase instore visibility with orders for PLV, window displays, staff uniforms etc.

·  Build with operators an instore activation plan in line with the brand activity plan

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

· Participate to identify opportunities for new POS openings in airports.

· Challenge operators to elevate footprint

· Coordinate with the travel retail director EMEA projects with architects and VM for store openings and renovations

· Overview of all types of contracts, link with legal department, negotiation with operators

REPORTING & STOCK MANAGEMENT

· Contribute to the Monthly sell-out reports and KPIs and build Sell-in reports with the MBP team

· Participate to the Quarterly Budget revision and yearly preparation

· Manage with the customer service clients’ stock returns

· Create with the support of MBP replenishment and new POS assortments

FAIRS

· Organize with the team, the Yearly TFWA (Global Travel Retail Summit in Cannes every year).

·  Meet with clients at TFWA, create rapport and meetings’ follow up.

Profile

· 5 years of successful experience in a similar position

· Customer centric

· Negociation and influential skills in a complex environment

· Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate

· Problem solving

· Very good sens of analysis

· Very good knowledge of Microsoft office 

· Travel to be planned

· Fluent English and French
