About the role

A Lacoste Key Holder, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of opening and closing the store while maintaining a high level of customer service. You will work alongside the retail team to ensure smooth daily operations, provide leadership in the absence of senior management, and assist in securing the store.

Essential Job Responsibilities:


Customer service and sales Desire to achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPI’s as determined by the Store Manager.

Performs all of the duties of a Sales Associate (customer service, stocking, etc.) but also has additional responsibilities related to store operations, specifically opening and closing the store.

  • Trusted with the store’s keys and security system, meaning they can unlock and lock the store at the beginning and end of the day, and possibly secure money, manage alarms, and oversee some operational tasks.

  • Key Holders might also be responsible for handling emergencies or unexpected situations when the manager is not present, and they might assist with training or guiding new employees.


  •  Operations:


    • Familiarize yourself with stock levels and utilize systems for inventory management.

    • Support visual directives to maintain the store's aesthetic standards.

    • Foster future sales opportunities through proactive customer engagement and follow-up.

    • Demonstrate proficiency in store computer systems and procedures
