About the role

Mission

Conduct continuous improvement projects. Challenge and optimize the existing organizations, processes, flows, technical or IT solutions, etc.*

Performance objective

  1. Project KPI’s achievement.
  2. Project delivered on time, in full, at cost.
  3. Achievement of project’s objectives.
  4. Transfer of knowledge, skills, and autonomy to operational teams.

Responsibilities and key activities

  1. Lead continuous improvement projects within the operations and supply chain departments, respecting environment / health / safety procedures, complying with regulations and aiming at improving the quality / customer service / efficiency performance.
  2. Coordinate with all the people involved and spread the continuous improvement culture and mastery of its relevant tools into the operational teams impacted by the project, aiming at developing the skills and autonomy in a subsidiarity spirit.
  3. Define, follow up and animate the KPIs to monitor and drive improvements.
  4. Provide regular feedback to the management team and lead the projects steering committees.

Profile

Master’s degree

Languages: French and English

Beginners welcomed. Experience in Manufacturing, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain is a plus
