Your mission, should you choose to accept it as a Business & Product Performance Analyst Intern, you will be at the heart of the action, analyzing our collections and optimizing our product performance. Your role is essential to support the transformation of our product offering and ensure strategic KPI monitoring.


Your main responsibilities include:


1. Sell-In Analysis: A comprehensive view of product performance

• Develop and enhance sales analysis tools (sell-in) for all product categories.

• Coordinate with Merchandising teams to ensure data accuracy and integrate field feedback.

• Synthesize key analyses, identify at-risk or high-potential products, and prepare strategic recommendations.


2. Sell-Out Analysis: Mastering performance on the ground / 

• Improve sell-out analysis tools to meet the needs of different departments.

• Help to produce monthly reports for the Product CODIR.

• Ensure consistency in analyses by collaborating with Distribution, MBP (Merchandising Business Planning), and Accessories teams.


3. Strategic Analyses: Supporting major decisions

• Consolidate the data of Lacoste, to create new dashboard which will allow the teams to have a better vision of the collections and the strategic challenges for the brand.

• Adhoc Analysis on key product evolution and specific topics from the COMEX & Collection directors

Profile

Education: Pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in business school, university, or engineering school with a specialization in analytics, marketing, or management.


• Skills:

o Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (such as Qlik, Power Query, BIs).

o Ability to synthesize and present complex information.


• Qualities:

o Curiosity, rigor, and analytical mindset.

o Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.


A first experience in data analysis or merchandising would be a plus.
