Responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality customization through embroidery and heat transfer
- Actively promote the customization service and benefits to customers throughout the store
- Accurately complete reports and share data with key stakeholders
- Maintain the customization equipment with care
- Create customer loyalty and stay connected
- Maintain a premium retail space
- Support and respect your fellow crocodiles
- Ensure that procedures are always followed
- Be an ambassador of the brand
- Apply the Lacoste Sales steps
