Aufgabe

Purpose: Support markets and Platform on the operations, the invoicing, the logistics flow and the visibility on product status from the vendors to customers. 


Main activities: 

·       Responsible for ensuring commercial deliveries and managing logistic flow to ensure the service level of the “On time Production“ according to market’s business needs.

·       Support market communication to ensure excellence in service level, visibility in the execution of the season and “on time” KPIs (includes weekly reports and meetings for visibility).

·       Coordinate season execution for Americas Partners from Americas and Global vendors.

·       Coordinate shipment tracking from overseas suppliers and plan deliveries to our markets; create reports for internal follow-up;

·       Support the alignment of HS codes in the beginning of the collection and follow up of the documentation conformity to ensure smooth customs process at destination.

·       Ensure the invoicing plan projection. Follow up on the invoicing flow.

·       Create reports and follow-up on vendor conformity in invoicing and shipping execution.

·       Support bookings in Order Management system, applying best practices in the respect of the rules defined globally, support training to vendors and customers.

·       Ensure the coordination, visibility, and shipping of SMS – Samples to Platform and Markets.

·       Create and maintain metrics that captures invoicing and shipping performance and other KPI’s as needed.

·       Write, formalize, and challenge processes. Support new process implementation and connection with Central, Platform and Markets.

·       Participate in cross functional projects to improve performance and reduce cost.

Profil

Professional background:

  • Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
  • 3 to 5+ Years of Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.

Skills:

  • Proficient with PC skills: MS Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
  • High level of attention to details.
  • Motivated self-starter with demonstrated initiative.
  • Business result oriented with customers’ insights.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
