Aufgabe
Purpose: Support & execution of collection development (from sketch delivery to production launch). Price negotiation with suppliers in support of the Sourcing Manager.
Mission description:
Collection development :
- Participate in sketch deliveries with product teams & factories
- Participate in the construction of collection documents (bill of materials)
- Follow samples reception & exchange between teams
- Update product data & information in systems at all stage of the development (trims, fabrics, packaging)
- Organize & plan factory visits logistic, accompany & guide merchandising teams
- Guarantee SMS on time deliveries
- Participate to product fittings with Design & Product teams
- Propose product and/or process improvement to achieve better efficiencies/quality/price
Production :
- Update technical pack industrially to allow production launch
- Secure style duplication from other platform to enable nearshoring strategy
- Review trims & fabrics with quality team
- Negotiate final prices with suppliers to secure finance targets objectives
- Insure on time OK Production according to BU Planning schedule
Profil
- +5 years’ experience in textile & apparel sourcing or development
- Fluency in English required
- Ability to work on Excel, PowerPoint & other internal systems
- Detailed oriented
- Problem solving & results oriented
- Financial acumen & Analytical skills
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate with functional stakeholders
