Aufgabe

Lacoste Europe Platform, part of the Worldwide Operations department, is in charge of the development, sourcing, manufacturing, quality and delivery of finished goods to the distribution centers (Lacoste and clients), from the wide European region, mainly to the EMEA markets.


On its road to Operational Excellence and digital transformation (connected with new ERP, APS, MOM implementations), it is looking for its BPO in charge of upstream  Manufacturing Supply Chain (procurement, purchasing, planning, scheduling) and operations (shop floor management, warehouse management, quality management, digital manufacturing, etc.).

 

Role :

Aligned with key stakeholders’ strategy and targets set, member of the Operational Excellence department, connected with regional and central Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and IT departments you will lead :

· The mapping of current processes and organizations and assess their strengths and weaknesses,

· The definition of target processes, based on best-in-class practices and consistent with Lacoste long term business plan,

· The identification of gaps to target and suggest plan definition to close them,

· The shape of future organizations in coordination with relevant heads of departments,

· The definition of new business systems (IT) required to support the target processes with the best efficiency and their functional architecture within Lacoste ecosystem (ERP, PLM, etc.),

· The writing of these systems’ RFP and lead their selection and implementation,

· The change management and new processes’ adoption and transfer of ownership by/to operational teams.

 

In addition to these tasks, you will be responsible for continuously challenge the specificities of Lacoste processes to evaluate their added value against standard practices embedded into new IT systems.


You will act as a digital transformation ambassador, promoting the change and closely collaborate with other BPOs and IT counterparts to ensure cross-functional solution consistency and feasibility.

 


Profil

·       Master’s Degree

·       10+  years’ experience in Manufacturing, Planning, Supply Chain

·       Knowledgeable in Lean practices

·       APICS/CPIM or APICS/CSCP like certification is a plus

·       Language : French & English
