Job description
Hierarchical reporting : Costing Analyst
As a Finance Data Analyst Intern for Costing, you will collaborate to build and examine information that can help the management team and Sourcing & Product Development team to take decisions by identifying various facts and trends about product prices. You will write accurate reports and present them to your manager to provide new insights.
You are responsible to provide relevant and accurate data analysis, highlighting risks and opportunities. You will proactively present and deliver your reports and presentations to your manager.
Also you will collaborate during costing process definition and tools development by processing and writing SOP and building strong database and data processing reports.
Main activities:
· Understand data organization in Lacoste and know how to get the information
· Consolidate data from different sources to support accurate analysis
· Coordinate resources to get information
· Identify and analyze the various elements from systems
· Keep track of macro-economic news and indictor of key countries for the company
· Take part in the development and implementation of company's cost control procedures
· Inform prices for production orders and control them
· Study costs and produce a summarized picture
· Support Sourcing & Product Development on price negotiation
· Create and organize the reports on the Lacoste network
· Monitor and collaborate to have 100% compliance in Sourcing costing process

Professional background:

· High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
· Data analysis
· Excel Macro creation ability is a plus
