Job description

Manage the Merchandising and Buying of Leather Goods including both pre-season and in-season activities to achieve the sales target & key merchandising & buying targets.

Key Duties and Responsibilities主要职责:

1.     Develop locally relevant assortments and buy strategies & plans aligning with both Greater China and Global strategy and able to achieve the targets.

 2.     Work closely with BPO team to develop the seasonal OTB to ensure aligning with Greater China and Global strategic direction for driving the growth of the categories.

3.     Conduct regular hindsight to develop learning and insights for planning future season business.

 4.     Conduct regular market, competitor and trend analysis to prepare the seasonal product brief in.

5.     Manage the pricing of the categories and to stay competitive in the market and achieve the margin target.

 6.     Work closely with cross functional partners to plan the assortment, buy and the product launch plan.

 7.     Work closely with Training Team to pass on the product story, features, and benefits to sales team.

 8.     Responsible for holding Convention including preparing the presentation, samples and plan the flow of the event and collect feedbacks from franchisees.

 9.     Own the GTM to communicate with key partners to ensure clear alignment of the strategy and execution for product launches.

 10.  Conduct in season analysis to reveal learning and insights and develop respective actions to ensure achieving the sales & ST% targets.

 11.  Maintain product master data and order record in systems.

 12.  Ad Hoc Projects

Profile

  • Minimum 5 years or above in leather goods merchandising and buying in retail industry, Greater China experience is a plus.
  •  Bachelor’s degree or above
  •  Qualification & Skills:
  1. Possess fashion flair and with high interest in trends, good communication skill and able to work with the team with diverse background.
  2. Good planning, organizing skill and analytical skills. Collaborative and team player.
