Description de la mission

Strategy & Business management:        

·       Put as a key priority the Omni channel strategy and beyond the Customer experience in our partners roadmap.

·       Define and develop locally the retail and Omni-Channel strategy with the local teams to drive the business growth

·       Drive an outstanding Customer experience per country taking the subsidiaries way of doing as a Guide Line.

·       Implement the Omni channel strategy in the Partners retail network

·       Lead and drive the brand’s strategy execution, improve the premiumization of the brand.

·       Lead projects with internal cross functional teams (AD, Ecom, and Visual Merchs) and local stakeholders.

·       Drive the business with the local retail management: KPIs, Turn Over, UPT and Average Prices.

·       Create and analyse shared Business reports with the partners and propose corrective actions if needed.

 

People cross management:

·       Empower local  teams to become strong brand ambassadors,

·       Develop the ability of our partners Omni channel Teams  to drive change and growth,

·       Push and advise our partners to recruit the best managers in the retail market according to the brand values.

·       Lead the weekly meetings with the Big 5 countries retail managers for results, analyses and corrective actions to deploy.

·       Actively participate in the local organization set up, Encouraging , proposing and  advising for the next managers

·       Act as a leader to convince, handle conflicts, make courageous decisions and solve issues.

·       Build a strong partnership with Lacoste HQ support functions (Retail, Ecom , AD , Visual Merch ) to share the best practices deployed , encouraging our partners to duplicate locally.

 

Business Operations & excellence in execution:

·       Lead the local managers to drive quality standards and take accountability for excellence in retail,

·       Work closely with the digital Factory team to develop the Omni channel business in our Area

·       Work closely with the Local Visual Merchandising team (Activity plan, Supply, lead times) to provide our partners an efficient, doable and costless VM strategy in stores.

·       Aligned with the worldwide strategy, convince our partners to improve the different process in stores, and make sure the teams reach high standards,

·       Take actions to start or improve when existing the CRM process in stores and connect easily with our customers,

·       Challenge the different suppliers to improve the maintenance in stores and reduce the costs.

Profil

Background:

·       Minimum 3 years -  successful  experience as a retail director/ good knowledge of the international environment

·       Minimum 5 years -  successful experience as a retail or area manager/ good knowledge of the international environment (global experience of 10 years minimum)
