Description de la mission
You will work as a key component for the EMEA Planning team and will act as liaison between Supply chain teams & EMEA markets involved in the process.
Given the diversity of the scope (Partners, Joint ventures), the candidate will be the point of contact in various multi-disciplinary matters: buying, planning, system implementation and continuous
improvement.
You'll have the chance to:
Work in a multicultural team and be exposed to different business models and functions which will make you understand the process of selling a collection from product selection to the final delivery to
customers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Guarantor of the forecasts transmitted
▪ Coordinate the sales forecasts for all product categories across the region.
▪ Become the point of contact for our B2B forecasting/buying tool, provide support & training.
▪ Consolidate & analyse of forecasts transmitted from the market
▪ Build an EMEA forecast review for our monthly Global Buying Meetings
▪ Follow action plans decided during Global Buying Meeting
1. Monitoring EMEA orderbook
▪ Ensure all orders are validated and integrated – all categories
▪ Develop a follow up dashboard for Sales & Forecast / Work on new KPIs
▪ Build EMEA supply review with our top alerts of the season
▪ Keep a fluid communication with the clients & and keeps them informed of any changes in
their orderbook
2. Continuous improvement
▪ Track & register recurring problems encountered within the buying & forecasting process
▪ Propose an action plan to solve these problems
▪ Coordinates and leads action plans within the given time frame
Profil
Profile:
The candidate shall have an interest in the fashion industry, product, figures and have a strong sense of analysis. You are recognized for your rigor, your team spirit, and your ability to thrive in a fast-paced
industry.
You have a previous experience in logistics. You are comfortable with Excel Knowledge of an ERP & Salesforce is a plus
French & English fluency is required for this role
Education :
Bac+ 3/5 Engineer/Business School specialized in Supply Chain / Purchasing Management
