Job description
1. Internally with local stakeholders
- Sales/POS: regular seasonal and ad-hoc POS return handling as planning the return period, tracking stock flow and reconciling errors for the return fulfilment under the efficient and optimized way aligned with Sales/POS.
- Local Sourcing: local new product inbound handling as planning the local shipment arrival date, goods receipt flow and reconciling errors for local inbound fulfilment under the fast-moving way aligned with Sourcing.
- Finance: monthly billing closing from subsidiary materials cost.
2. Externally with local 3rd party logistics and global/local subsidiary materials management
- 3rd party logistics: co-working with external 3rd party logistics to share the local inbound and seasonal/ ad-hoc return planning and reconcile the error cases to fulfil the accuracy.
- Subsidiary materials management: planning local/global subsidiary materials up to season and executing subsidiary materials from ordering to delivering the items up to Sales/POS demand.
Profile
Education:
- At least BA degree, major in SCM/logistics preferred
Experiences:
- +/-3 years in a SCM position or/and in Management, preferably SCM/logistics related
- Retail/apparel industry experience a strong plus
- Experience in similar s would be valuable
Technical and functional skills:
- Experiences of Business processes: B2B retail and logistics
- Demonstrated ability working with MS Office and across multiple computer systems
Language :
- Fluent in English and Korean (speak-read-write), French a plus
Required capabilities:
- Planning, process-minded, fast-learner, ability to work under pressure, team player but autonomous, good communicator, customer oriented, problem solver, business partner with a “can do” attitude.
