Job description
Purpose:
- Represent markets within operations and operations within markets, on regional scope.
- Ensure customers (markets) satisfaction.
Internal Relationship:
- Regional Supply Chain director (reporting line), global market operations director (doted line).
- Regional distribution teams (CEO, CFO, commercial directors).
- Worldwide operational teams.
Main Activities:
- Manage (reporting line) regional market operations team: Customer service coordinators, account managers for JV/parnters & analysts.
- Manage (doted line) local market operations team.
- Animate markets relation within the region and monitor Supply Chain answers to markets needs.
- Monitor allocations & omnichannel order executions on regional scope (customer service activity).
- Lead regional S&OP process (In season alignment between supply & demand):
- Participate to local S&OP meeting on priority markets & co-validate decisions with country GM.
- Lead monthly regional S&OP meeting.
- Design (with Supply Chain team) regional action plans.
- Monitor action plans defined at regional or global level.
- Contribute to Supply Chain performance continuous improvement for markets on forecasts, planification, order management, stock level optimization, allocation, logistics, transport, invoicing.
- Audit methods implementation in market operations teams.
- Contribute to process & KPI harmonization between markets & regions.
Profile
Professional background:
- Bachelor / Master degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related disciplines.
- 5+ years of experience in demand, supply.
Technical skills: technical, practical and know-how of logistics affairs.
Skills:
- Analytics and problem solving skills.
- Experience in demand, supply or sales.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Decision making skills.
- Excell: advanced.
