Korea IS Manager is in charge to pilot and manage IS teams on business projects having impacts on Information System, supporting users and to manage local infrastructure (network and systems) according to and in line with Group IS strategy. He/She must ensure IS smooth and well-running with support from Regional and Corporate IS teams (Infrastructure, Support Functions and IT Business Analysis).
His/Her main missions are:
1. Team management
- Ensure team competencies, completion and means to support Business: MD, Sales, Logistics, Marketing, E-commerce, Human Resources and Finance
- To develop and increase team level with appropriate training and coaching according to the actions to perform
- Assign individual and team objectives then ensure their completeness
- Communicate on projects status and progress to concerned Business teams and Management
- Communicate to leadership team including CEO and CFO and manage business relationship with directors and part managers of other departments
- Define the necessary means and ensure financial follow-up (Budget, Forecast, MTP)
- Reinforce team spirit and Customer Service approach
2. To Define the best IS/IT strategy for Korea with his/her Regional CIO / Global CIO
- Assess strength & weakness
- Application Roadmap (As-Is & To-Be) aligned with local & Global Business strategy
- Highlight the local/global technologies needed to be as much as possible competitive & able to bring the best service level
3. To Drive Transformation Projects
- Define & ensure right needs to run the local transformation on key projects: ERP, POS/OMS, New Marketplace / Digital Wholesale account
- Ensure right Project Methodology & Communication & Change Management
4. To supervise Support organization Ensure functional support and Software applications maintenance
- Ensure team function is managing incidents and problems encountered by users
- Ensure applications administration
- To communicate changes to users
- Control and monitor local IS Production environment
5. To support on local network & infrastructure maintenance and evolution
- Monitoring and maintenance of local network infrastructure following Group IS strategy
- To apply Group standards in term of hardware, systems and configuration
- To monitor IS performance
- To monitor infrastructure performance of direct boutiques
6. To support E-commerce & Omnichannel growth
- Ensure functional support and Software applications maintenance
- Ensure team function is managing incidents and problems encountered by users and customers
- Ensure applications administration
- To communicate changes to users
- Control and monitor local IS Production environment
- Control and monitor Omnichannel operation support activity with helpdesk

프로필
Education:
- Engineering school, Business school or Master with IS specialization and/or Project Management
Experiences:
- Total IT/IS experience over 7~10 years. Highly preferred on retail & whole business support experience as IT/IS. E-commerce support experience is a plus.
- Prior team management experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Technical and functional skills:
- Strong knowledge of Business processes: Retail, Product, Supply Chain, Finances and Omni channel
- Strong knowledge in IT skills on data base and application
- Good knowledge and methodology in Project Management
Languages :
- Korean: Fluent
- English: Fluent
Required capabilities:
- Customer Service oriented, management skills, able to work under pressure, good relationship and team work, able to communicate on a project oriented mode, methodology, autonomy, rigorous work and team spirit
