Job description
Purpose: Support markets and commercial orders follow up.
Main Activities:
- Provide direct markets communication, regarding orders (regional and worldwide).
- Ensure the service level of the OTA (on time availability).
- Deals with the freight forwarders, customs agents and main suppliers based on applicable incoterms.
- Ensure the invoicing flow with the shipping documents, as: packing lists, supplier invoice, certificate of origin, air way bill, and bill of lading.
- Prepare and execute the shipment plan with the supplier, based on the market’s needs.
- Responsible of the commercial order follow up, alert of potential risks, find better options of solutions, in order to mitigate the impact on deliveries delays.
- Support on market claims, and any order requirements.
Team Management: none.
Internal Relationship: working closely with involved areas in different platforms.
Profile
Professional background:
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related disciplines.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics activities or as a planner.
Technical skills: technical, practical and know-how of logistics affairs.
Skills:
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Assertive with communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excel: advanced
