Description de la mission
Sell-in: coordinate product textile Sell-In analysis across men, women, kids and performance
- Sets up the transverse sell-in analysis tools, that serve as a common base for all product teams to analyse sell-in and coordinates with MBP and finance to secure data accuracy. Gathers teams feedbacks to continuously improve the tools
- Coordinates the realization of sell-in analysis on Product side, from macro analysis to detailed product performance and leads the synthesis of key feedbacks and questions to address (including styles at 0 sales and at risk)
- Coordinates the discussions with MBP teams and Product Codir to address the feedbacks and questions
Sell-out: lead the Product sellout analytical capability across the company
- Leads the continuous improvement of Sell-out tools and secure they respond to the needs of all users across departments
- Coordinates product sellout reporting across departments (Distribution, MBP, FTW, LG, UW, Accessories) to build synergies and cohesiveness, quantitative alignment and qualitative inputs
- Produces monthly reports for Product codir, Brand codir and COMEX and presents them
- Manages the collection of sellout data referential (locals, other categories) with the support of an intern to secure database accuracy and completeness
Collection Merchandising reports: coordinates the transverse reports on collection landings across men, women, kids and performance
- Initiates Collection Plan & Price Mapping tools every season and produces transverse reports and landings at key collection milestones: structure brief, sketching validation, pre-proto line review, editing, GSM
- Coordinates with Collection Merch across men, women, kids and performance to secure easy consolidation through common tools
- Provide global landings for the whole textile collection (including spe, ops) all along the collection to better drive the collection efficiency, size, volumes, UP
- Participate to tools improvement, ie projecting SPE, managing adapted...
Strategic analysis: leads analysis to fuel the Product strategy
- Consolidates landings and projections for Strategic plans and budgets
- Realizes pricing studies and coordinates ad-hoc price increase initiatives. Serves as Key contact for Pricing benchmark tool, liaising with MBP Pricing team
- Participates to the evolution of merchandising attributes (implementation in systems and use by teams) to implement the strategic axis into the data and serve the strategic projections
- Performs ad-hoc strategic analysis to support key decision making
Profil
Profile :
- Business degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in Collection Merchandising and/or Business analysis in the Fashion industry
- Excellent industry experience on the Fashion Sport environnement
- Excellent analytical skills and synthetic skills
- Rigorous, sense of organisation and relational ease
- Strong team spirit
- Mastery of Microsoft Office (excellent lever in Excel & Powerpoint)
- Fluent English mandatory
Notre offre
The Merchandising Analyst is responsible for developing the analytics capability in Product department.
He/She follows-up the product offer performance (structures, sell-in and sell-out), monitors strategic KPIs and performs strategic analysis to support product offer transformation.
He/She drives the implementation of reporting sets and coordinates their adoption and the reporting process across the company, from operational teams to comex, across categories (Textile, Underwear, Footwear, Leather Goods and Accessories) and across geographies (including locals).
